Chris brown must have heard that blue signifies trust and a sense of calm.  But he went a little overboard with this baby-blue ensemble.  Instead of looking trustworthy he looks a little clownish, as bowties leave a "whimsical" impression.  Here Brown missed the mark in a “trustworthy costume," which ironically may have directed viewers' attention to the contradiction between his playful attire and his recent discretion.
